Refund policy

Physical items

You can cancel an order for a physical item within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Email lovelycreationscrochet@gmail.com with your order number to let us know. Please send the item back within 14 days after telling us you want to cancel, to:

If you change your mind, you pay the return shipping costs. You may inspect the item as you would in a shop. Handling it more than necessary may reduce its refund value.

We will refund the item price. We will refund you through your original payment method within 14 days of your cancellation. We may wait until we receive the item or proof that you sent it back, whichever comes first.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us so we can resolve it.

By purchasing digital files, you acknowledge that these are instant downloads.
You agree that no physical item will be shipped and that refunds or chargebacks are not permitted after download.
